Alistair Napier was born and educated in Dundee. Having graduated with a law degree from St Andrews
University and following a two year traineeship with a large Edinburgh law firm, Alistair moved to Perth and joined a well-established legal firm, where he was senior partner for over 20 years and latterly a consultant before setting up Commercial Legal Centre with Joanne Smith in January of 2007.

Alistair has extensive knowledge and experience of the company, commercial, and agricultural sectors, having dealt successfully with all sizes and types of businesses and companies.

Alistair is Secretary and legal advisor to both Tayside Valuation Appeal Panel and Perth and Kinross Valuation Appeal Committee.

In his free time Alistair enjoys playing tennis, golf and skiing. He also enjoys gardening and has an eclectic taste in music.
